The Lumagica garden of lights invites schools on an open-air journey through a world of tropical plants, exotic animals and stories told in light.
The journey becomes even more exciting with a trail game designed for children aged 4–12. The Passport to the Tropics guides you from stop to stop, with puzzles, stamps and fun educational facts along the way.
If a child can't take part in the trip because of illness, they will receive a voucher for a reduced ticket, valid on any date until the end of the season.
Walking the whole route usually takes about an hour. But there's no need to keep an eye on the clock — you're welcome to linger in the illuminated garden and stay until the last lights go out.
Even the longest journey needs a short break now and then. In the garden, you'll find toilets and an open-air stand serving warming drinks and homemade cake.
Your journey through exotic lands can begin even before dusk. All year round, the University of Warsaw Botanic Garden runs educational tours and walks for groups, including visits to its historic glasshouses, where exotic plants create a truly tropical atmosphere.
